The future healthcare sector appears to be one of the sectors with the greatest potential for innovation, especially thanks to the rise of technology startups. At the same time, large corporations in the sector are increasingly adopting open innovation strategies, collaborating with startups to develop innovative technologies and services.

We will talk about all this with two startups and a leading company in the sector, who will explain how they use technology and the synergies and collaborations that are being established between recognized companies with a long trajectory, and disruptive companies, to develop innovative technologies and services.

Through an open dialogue, Andreu Casadellá, founder of Improfit.IA, Manel Vila-Vidal, CEO of BrainFocus, and Dr. Esteve Picola, General Director of Mútua de Terrassa, will give their point of view regarding the opportunities and challenges that arise from the collaboration between startups and large corporations in the health sector.

The debate will be moderated by Judit Pañella, project manager of Patronal Cecot. Cecot created in 2023 the pre-accelerator Healthcare Vallès focused on growing startups projects by putting them in contact with the ecosystem of health and cures, generating synergies between the new economy and the established economy in the health sector.
