This Legal Notice regulates the use of the website https://elconsorci.es (from now on, the web page) owned by Consorci Zona Franca Internacional SA (CZFI), with CIF ES A-61290292 and registered office at Av. Parc Logístic, 2-10, 08040 BARCELONA. Access to the website is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the users.

By using the BNEW platform, the User agrees to use the information and contents thereof in accordance with these Terms of Use, with current legislation and with generally accepted good customs and public order, and in particular:
a. To act loyally and in good faith in all its relations with CZFI.

c. Make the payment of the amounts corresponding to the contracted subscriptions made in the time and manner indicated by CZFI, as well as not allowing the use by unauthorized third parties of the tools and services provided.
d. Use the BNEW platform correctly and in accordance with current legislation.
e. Not make any false or fraudulent applications or registrations. If we have reasonable indications by which we could consider that the User has made a fraudulent application or registration, we will be authorized to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
f. Collaborate and inform CZFI of any information, especially of a technical nature, of which it becomes aware during the use of the platform and that could in any way affect or harm the integrity of the service provided by CZFI, its partners, collaborators, providers, other users or other third parties; as well as the stipulations of these Terms of Use.
g. Do not assign your User account or resell the services provided by CZFI to third parties.

4.2 Content posted by users. Rules. 
The User agrees to take maximum precautions when publishing data or information, the only personal data allowed being those referring to their own data in the configuration of their registration as a professional in the BNEW registration form.

CZFI does not admit the dissemination or publication of information or content that is unnecessary for the provision of services or that is not related to the object and nature of the BNEW, and that may be especially sensitive, this includes said limitation in the use of any of the tools from the BNEW platform (chat, instant messaging, video calls, presentations, lectures, etc.); In particular, the publication, dissemination or making available of data on health, political or union affiliation, religious, sexual orientation/identity or any other data that may be considered especially sensitive or of special categories by the applicable legislation in personal data protection matter.

CZFI also does not allow the introduction, dissemination or communication of content that deteriorates the quality of the service.

CZFI cannot control each and every one of the contents published by Users, so it does not assume any responsibility for them. The User, therefore, acknowledges and accepts that the introduction of contents and the use that he gives of them will be under his sole responsibility, responding for the damages or losses that these could cause to CZFI or third parties.

The User undertakes not to publish, disseminate or make available to third parties any type of information or content (data, texts, illustrations, sound or video files, images, software, etc.) contrary to law, morality, public order and these Terms of Use. By way of example, but in no way limiting, the User agrees not to publish, disseminate or make available to third parties through the BNEW platform and tools:

• Information or content of a nature or that induces xenophobia, racism, pornography, advocacy of terrorism, or promotes sexual, racial, religious discrimination or any other violation of fundamental rights and public liberties recognized by national and international legislation in force or that violate human rights.

• False, insulting or slanderous, threatening, aggressive, insulting, defamatory, ambiguous or inaccurate information or content or that violates the secrecy of communications, privacy laws and protection of personal data, the right to honor, image or the personal privacy of third parties.

• Information, elements or contents that suppose a violation of the rights of intellectual and industrial property, patents and trademarks of third parties.

• Information or content that constitutes infringements of the right to fair competition or that constitutes illegal or unfair advertising.

• Viruses and any other type of harmful software, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other program likely to cause damage to the computer systems of the CZFI, other Users or third parties.

• Content that can be considered electronic advertising or «spam», «chain messages», «pyramidal structures», «snowball» or of a similar nature.

The photograph that requires registration to the BNEW is optional and serves to identify you. From CZFI we recommend you insert a quality image. And since we cannot review all images, we do not take responsibility for the contents or confirm the copyright ownership of the images that are uploaded. Thus, it is your responsibility to have the necessary rights and permissions to publish them.

Likewise, CZFI reserves the right to withdraw, without prior notice, those contents that contravene these Terms of Use, are illegal or presumably illegal, contents denounced by other Users or third parties, contents that are required for their elimination by the competent authorities or harmed third parties or could be considered inappropriate.

4.3 Responsibility for the veracity of the data
The User guarantees CZFI that all the information provided is accurate and up-to-date in such a way that it corresponds truthfully to the actual data of the User.
