It will also discuss the importance of STEM education and mentoring programmes to encourage the participation of young women in the aerospace sector. The relevance of professional networks and inter-organisational collaborations to help women advance their careers and overcome barriers will be highlighted. In this session women aerospace professionals will share their success stories, challenges and lessons learned.
